Our History

Our principal lawyer, Joe Nitti, established the firm in 1986 by joining with his father, attorney Luke T. Nitti, who practiced law from 1959 until he passed away. Attorney Theresa “Terri” Nitti joined the firm in 1994 and now serves as a partner. Our firm also includes our Associate Attorney, Harrison Hess, Esq., who joined the firm in 2020, and our paralegals Diana Peyton and Katie D’Argenio.

Our legal team works both hard and smart. We do not pursue unnecessary legal avenues, and we leave you in the driver’s seat when it comes to making important decisions about the direction of your case. Aided by our extensive legal training and experience, we help our clients make informed decisions about important matters than can affect them for the rest of their lives.
